Everything you need to know before your first bounce.
Q: Do I need any experience?
Absolutely not! Our classes are 100% beginner-friendly. Our instructors will walk you through everything from how to put on the boots to the basic moves. If you can walk, you can Kangoo Jump.
Q: Are the Kangoo boots provided?
Yes! All Kangoo Jump boots are provided and included in your class fee. Just show up in comfortable workout clothes and we'll take care of the rest.
Q: What should I wear?
Wear comfortable workout clothes — leggings, shorts, a sports bra, whatever you feel good in. Bring socks (required to wear inside the boots). We recommend moisture-wicking fabrics since you WILL sweat.
Q: Is Kangoo Jump good for my knees?
Yes! Kangoo boots are specifically designed to reduce impact on joints by up to 80% compared to traditional workouts. They're actually recommended for people with knee, hip, and back concerns.
Q: How intense are the classes?
Our classes are high-energy and will get your heart pumping — but you go at your own pace. Beginners and advanced movers are welcome in the same class. The music keeps you motivated without pressure.
Q: Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a pair of socks. We have lockers, showers, and changing areas on-site.
Q: How long are the classes?
Each class is 50 minutes of non-stop music-driven movement. It goes by SO fast — you'll be shocked when it's over.
Q: Can I come with friends?
YES and we encourage it! Group bookings are welcome. Book through our Calendly link and let us know if you're coming as a group.
